All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions and images accurately; however, slight variations may occur.
Prices, discounts and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel affected orders where necessary.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad and card payments. For COD orders, payment is made in full at the time of delivery. We may verify orders by phone before dispatch, and repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restricted access to COD in future.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh via our courier partner Steadfast.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to location, weather, holidays or courier delays.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
